The organizer is the Kölner Akademie für klassische Musik e.V. Participation in competitions is governed exclusively by the following conditions of participation.
The duration and conditions of the respective competition are stated in the competition text below the post. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries / comments / likes / follows received after the closing date will not be considered. Participation in the competition is free of charge.
Every natural person who is resident in Germany is eligible to participate. Participation is possible from the age of 18 years. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
All persons and employees of the organizer as well as their family members who are involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are not eligible to participate. The organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as, for example, manipulation in connection with the implementation of the sweepstakes, violations of the conditions of participation, unfair actions or false or misleading information in connection with participation in the sweepstakes.

If the competition is linked to a task, only participants who have correctly completed the task can win or be included in a draw. In the case of a raffle, the winners will be determined after the closing date for entries as part of a random draw among all participants.
The winners will be informed of their prize promptly by direct message. The prize will only be handed over to the winner. Exchange, self-collection or cash payment of the prize are not possible.
Any costs incurred for shipping the prize will be borne by the organizer. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
If the winner does not respond after two requests within a period of 3 weeks, the prize can be transferred to another participant.
The organizer is entitled to cancel, suspend or change the competition if unforeseen circumstances occur which are beyond the influence of the organizer or which make the planned implementation more difficult or unreasonable for the organizer.
The collection and use of personal data of the participants is necessary for the lottery distribution. Details on the type and scope of data processing are given in the data protection declaration.
The participant assures that the personal data provided by him / her, which are necessary for the lottery distribution, are true and correct. All personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor given to them for use without their consent.
In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his/her user name in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes the announcement of the winner on the website of the organizer and its social media platforms.
The participant may revoke his / her consent at any time by sending a written revocation to the contact details of the organizer stated in the imprint.
The sweepstakes is not connected to Facebook, Instagram or TikTok and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
Participants will not have any claims against Facebook, Instagram or TikTok as a result of participating in the Sweepstakes or by winning.
Inquiries and notices by participants are to be directed exclusively to the organizer.
The organizer is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission, in case of malfunctions of the technical equipment and service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses or in any other way during the participation in the sweepstakes, unless such damages were caused by the organizer, its employees or vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence. The above limitation of liability shall not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health or in the event of fraudulently concealed defects.
The competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
