Born in Tel Aviv and based in The Netherlands, Alon enjoys working with organic
materials: baking sourdough, making bows and playing gut strings. He is
specialized in baroque double bass and viola da gamba, but he equally loves jazz
and traditional music, mostly from the Balkans, Iran and the Middle East.
Alon likes spending his free time in nature, playing oud and learning about Ancient
history.
