I have to admit that my life is already quite filled with baroque cello and viola da gamba playing. That’s why I decided not to start hobbies, because there is a risk that I want to do them professionally. As a German, I have learned to think efficiently, which is why I dedicate my free time passionately to food intake. I love to try different recipes from grandma to Ottolenghi and then eat them together with friends. In general, good friendships are incredibly important to me. I always like to listen and try to help wherever I can. Trust and time are the most beautiful gifts you can give me. The best decision of my life was to play only on gut strings and the worst was to create a pasta sauce with cocoa and thyme (plot twist, it tasted like bathtub).
